5. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services are as follows:

• • Invoices are issued according to the agreed payment schedule
• • Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date unless otherwise specified
• • Recurring hosting and maintenance fees are billed monthly or annually as agreed
• • Late payments may incur a fee of 5% of the outstanding amount per month
• • We accept payment via bank transfer, credit/debit card, and other methods as specified

Failure to pay may result in suspension of services, including website hosting and support access.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all fees:

• • You own the final website content and custom design elements created specifically for your project
• • ALDFX-ONLINE retains ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, templates, and code libraries used in creating your website
• • We reserve the right to showcase your completed project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing
• • Third-party assets (fonts, images, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses

7. Hosting Services

If you subscribe to our hosting plan:

• • We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• • Regular backups are performed according to your plan level
• • We reserve the right to suspend hosting for non-payment, violation of acceptable use policies, or security concerns
• • You may cancel hosting with 30 days' written notice

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• • Upload or distribute malicious software, spam, or harmful content
• • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Services

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALDFX-ONLINE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to ALDFX-ONLINE in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship by providing 30 days' written notice. Upon termination:

• • Hosting services will be terminated at the end of the current billing period
• • Your client portal access will be deactivated

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
