2. How to Request Data Deletion
If you wish to have your account and associated data permanently deleted, you can do so by submitting a request to our support team.

- Subject: Data Deletion Request
- Body: Please include your full name and the name of your company/project so we can locate your records.
3. What Happens After You Request Deletion?
Once we receive your verified request:
- • We will confirm receipt of your request within 48 hours.
- • Your account access will be disabled.
- • We will permanently delete your personal information, communication history, and project files from our databases within 30 days.
- • Please note: If you have an active hosting subscription, requesting data deletion will immediately terminate your hosting and any unpaid invoices must be settled prior to complete data erasure.
4. Data Retention Exceptions
In some rare cases, we may be required to retain specific data elements for legal and compliance reasons, such as:
- • Invoices and transaction records required for tax and accounting purposes.
- • Information necessary to resolve active disputes or enforce our Terms of Service.
