2. Hosting Subscriptions

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new hosting subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your hosting performance or our support within the first 14 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund of your hosting fees.

After the initial 14-day period, hosting subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing, and your service will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

3. Custom Design Services

Because our website builds involve dedicated time from our expert designers and developers to refine the AI-generated concepts, custom design and development fees are generally non-refundable once the development phase has officially commenced.

However, we provide a free mockup during the discovery phase. You only commit to our services after reviewing and approving the general design direction.
